Classic Grills Limited Warranty

Classic Grills warrants all grills to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original invoice date.  The Warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase is required.  Classic Grills is not responsible for the removal or installation of the replacement grill.  Any damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, or any other event outside the control of Classic Grills will not be covered.

Classic Grills shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, indirect and special damages resulting from defects in our products.

This Warranty may be changed only by the written and signed authorization from our company president.

Please Note:

All of our bronze products are hand-rubbed to simulate aged bronze.  Finishes will darken and change color based upon their environment.  This is not a defect; it is part of the natural beauty of bronze.  When bronze is exposed to the air, it will turn brown; over an extended period of time, it will darken.  When bronze is exposed to damp weather, it will soon turn a shade of green.  This discoloration process is called patina and is part of the natural beauty of bronze.

Sand-casting bronze creates more distressing than is found on the surface of machine-made, computer-controlled grills.  This is an integral part of our handmade grills.

We apply a hand-rubbed patina.  The color of the grills will vary due to temperature, humidity, patina saturation, and hand rubbing.  We strive to match finishes within each order.  Grills ordered at a later date may not match the original finish.
