Various specifications for your Classic Grills
Have you stayed awake late into the night wondering where to find the frame width of your favorite Class Grill? Sleep well tonight knowing that you now have the answers to life's most pressing questions. Following are some frequently requested specifications (please note that this is general information--specs for any one grill will vary):
Generally speaking, our metal grills come with a 1-inch frame on all four sides. This is a wider frame than other grill providers. This allows for better coverage of the vent opening and allows for more flexibility in centering and leveling your Classic Grill.
Generally speaking, our resin grills with FLAT frames come with a 1-1/2" frame. Additionally, they are 1/2" thick at the center of the design and are 3/8" thick at the outside edge.
Generally speaking, our resin grills with PICTURE frames come with a 1-1/2" frame, are 1/2" thick at the center of the design, and are 1/4" thick at the outside edge.
One exception is the Iron Ring resin design. Iron Ring's frame is 1-1/4" wide, is 1/2" thick at the center of the design, and is 3/8" thick at the outside edge.
Remember: Resin grills are to be installed in walls and ceilings only. Resin grills installed in the floor will break under weight and may create a safety hazard.
